Return and Exchange Policy

At Parkside, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In accordance with European consumer rights regulations, you may return or exchange purchased products within a specified period, under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of withdrawal

In line with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date you receive the products.

2. Conditions for return

The right of return can only be exercised if:

• The product is intact, undamaged, and unused

• The product is returned in its original packaging, complete in all parts

• The specified time limits are respected

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons

• Products customised at the customer’s specific request

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

4. Exchange procedure

An exchange is possible within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product meets the integrity requirements outlined above. Exchanges can be made for size, colour, or equivalent items, subject to availability.

5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

6. Return costs

Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer. In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the costs will be covered by the seller.
